When I started I didn’t have any real experience in the retirement industry, so I tried to be a sponge and soak up all the information that came my way, but I can honestly say that it was overwhelming. How has working at Guideline helped you grow-professionally and personally? Seeing people passionate about the work they do and how much they enjoy working together made accepting the offer my easiest career decision yet. I could tell how much everyone I spoke to enjoyed working for the company. With the Onboarding team, I found the mix of customer operations and project management I was looking for. After catching up with a good friend and fellow Guideliner, I knew Guideline was the place for me. I knew my previous job would eventually ask employees to return to the office, so I started looking for opportunities in Maine. During the pandemic, I moved to Maine to be closer to friends and family. I knew I wanted my next role to be customer-facing with less emphasis on sales.
